Responsibilities
- Accurately input, verify, and maintain data in our centralized database systems.
- Assist in the organization and archiving of both digital and physical documents.
- Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data discrepancies and support inquiries.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure 100% data integrity and accuracy.
- Support the administrative team with daily operational tasks and scheduling.
- Learn and utilize various software tools and CRM platforms efficiently.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent (preferred).
- Basic computer proficiency and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors quickly.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
