Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional technical support to customers via phone, email, and live chat.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues for clients.
- Walk customers through complex technical procedures step-by-step.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and troubleshooting steps.
- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and customer satisfaction.
- Identify trends in customer issues and escalate them to senior management when necessary.
Qualifications
- No prior experience or technical background is required (we provide the training).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet connection at home.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to learn new technologies.
