Responsibilities
- Accurately input and update customer and company data into our secure database systems.
- Verify and correct data discrepancies to ensure high-quality record-keeping.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
- Assist the administrative team with daily tasks, including scanning documents and proofreading reports.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project deadlines.
- Perform periodic audits of data entries to identify and resolve errors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory).
- Basic computer proficiency with a focus on Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 35 WPM).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
