Responsibilities
- Process daily payment transactions with 99.9% accuracy using proprietary software
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, chat, and email for payment inquiries
- Onboard new clients through our streamlined digital enrollment system
- Monitor transaction logs and escalate anomalies to senior specialists
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize payment workflows
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master product updates and compliance
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency
Qualifications
