Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Assist clients in navigating our software platforms and troubleshooting basic technical issues.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex issues escalated by clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for new clients.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to help improve our service offerings.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer literacy and typing speed of 40+ WPM.
