Responsibilities
- Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Learn and utilize our proprietary CRM software to track client interactions and account statuses.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve complex client issues and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to help improve our products and services.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into our service ecosystem.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and product knowledge.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree is a plus but not required).
- Strong verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to type 35+ WPM and navigate multiple computer windows simultaneously.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working in a fast-paced team setting.
- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and grow within the industry.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
