Responsibilities
- Manage Client Relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Resolve Inquiries: Efficiently address and resolve customer questions and technical issues via phone, email, and chat.
- Client Onboarding: Guide new clients through our products/services, ensuring a seamless setup process and optimal utilization.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records within our CRM system.
- Feedback Loop: Collect and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and recommend improvements to our internal teams.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with sales and operations teams to align customer needs with company goals.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly.
