Responsibilities
- Onboard new clients and provide initial training on our products.
- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely manner.
- Identify client needs and recommend solutions to maximize product value.
- Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to report bugs and feature requests.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions in our CRM system.
- Participate in daily team stand-ups and weekly performance reviews.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn new software quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
