Responsibilities

- Resolve client issues efficiently using our ticketing system and CRM tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop improved service protocols.
- Track daily customer interactions and provide feedback on market trends.
- Assist in the development of training materials for new hires.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to align on company goals.
- Maintain accurate records of all client communications and account statuses.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic data entry skills.
