Responsibilities
- Interact with clients via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide high-quality support.
- Learn and master our proprietary software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems during training.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to enhance their experience.
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and account information in our database.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet departmental goals and targets.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts simply.
- Must be available to work a full-time schedule (Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM).
- Proficient with computers and basic office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
- Valid ID and eligibility to work in the United States.
