- Learn & Grow: Complete our structured training program to master our products and services.
- Resolve Inquiries: Address customer questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat with empathy and efficiency.
- Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and account statuses.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the sales and support teams to drive team KPIs.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires from scratch.
- High School Diploma: or equivalent.
- Strong Communication: Ability to listen actively and speak clearly.
