Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a focus on resolution and satisfaction.
- Conduct product demonstrations and onboarding sessions for new clients to ensure a seamless transition.
- Monitor customer feedback and communicate trends to the product and management teams.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify upselling opportunities and improve customer retention rates.
- Assist in developing training materials and support documentation for the support team.
- Resolve complex issues and escalate tickets when necessary while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on grammar and tone.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive attitude toward customer needs.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
