Responsibilities
- Client Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring they understand our products and services.
- Inquiry Management: Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Feedback Collection: Gather and analyze client feedback to help improve our service offerings.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and account statuses in our CRM system.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and technical teams to resolve complex client issues.
- Training Support: Assist in training new hires and documenting standard operating procedures.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Technology: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Personality: A positive attitude, patience, and a desire to learn are essential.
- Location: Must be willing to work in our Nashville, TN office.
- Reliability: Ability to work full-time hours, Monday through Friday.
