The Role

Responsibilities
- Manage Inquiries: Handle a high volume of incoming calls and emails from clients with patience and professionalism.

- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other departments to improve service delivery.
- Training: Complete all required onboarding and product training modules.
- Performance Goals: Meet and exceed daily and weekly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Computer Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and internet navigation.
