- Resolve Issues: Assist customers with problems, answering questions, and providing solutions to ensure high satisfaction.
- Maintain Records: Keep detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and operations team to meet company targets and goals.
- Follow Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to ensure customer needs have been fully met.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours (Monday–Friday).
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and have a reliable means of transportation.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- No Experience Needed: A high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for this entry-level role.
