Responsibilities
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to resolve inquiries and provide solutions.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.

- Document all customer interactions and account information in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.

Qualifications
