Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order tracking, and returns processing.
- Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in our internal database.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the senior management team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
