Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience, empathy, and effective problem-solving skills.
- Accurately input and update customer information into our database management systems.
- Assist in the training of new team members and foster a collaborative team environment.
- Collaborate with sales and technical departments to ensure comprehensive customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily and weekly performance metrics regarding call handling and ticket resolution.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all company policies.
Qualifications
