- Learn and demonstrate knowledge of company products and services to provide accurate information.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to improve communication and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- No prior customer service experience is necessary; we provide full training.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace if working remotely.
