Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently and effectively.
- Process sales transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Organize and maintain merchandise displays to keep the sales floor attractive and well-stocked.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Perform basic store operations, including stocking inventory and cleaning.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent (required).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
