Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer calls and emails during night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Input accurate data into our CRM systems and database records.
- Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and product information.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless service transitions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to existing clients.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (35+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes.
- Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
