Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Process orders and resolve billing questions
- Document interactions in our CRM system
- Collaborate with team to improve service quality
- Meet daily performance metrics with coaching support
- Participate in weekly training sessions
- Uphold company values in all customer interactions
Qualifications
