Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the support team to improve service processes and resolve escalations.
- Attend daily training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly performance metrics.
Qualifications

- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
