Responsibilities
- Answer high-volume inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.
- Resolve customer inquiries regarding products, services, and billing accurately.
- Perform data entry and maintain up-to-date customer records in the CRM.
- Process returns, exchanges, and orders with a high degree of accuracy.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily sales and service targets.
- Document customer feedback and communicate trends to management.
- Provide a world-class customer experience that builds brand loyalty.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills (30+ WPM).
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
