Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, email, and in-person to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately while maintaining detailed records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations team to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Learn and utilize internal software tools to track customer accounts and service history.
- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services based on customer needs.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming office environment.
- Participate in daily team meetings to discuss workflow and strategy.
Qualifications
