- Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with a professional and empathetic tone.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Assist customers in navigating our products and services, explaining technical details in simple terms.
- Accurately document customer interactions and account information in the internal CRM system.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify trends in customer feedback and improve service protocols.
- Meet and exceed daily and monthly performance metrics.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is required.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced team setting.
