Responsibilities
- Assist customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding technical inquiries and account support.
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Log customer interactions and feedback into our CRM database accurately.
- Collaborate with the technical team to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.

Qualifications

- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
