Responsibilities
- Greet Customers: Welcome clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Process Transactions: Handle cash, credit, and digital payments accurately and efficiently at the register.
- Product Assistance: Answer questions about products, provide recommendations, and assist with locating items.
- Inventory Management: Help maintain store organization, restock shelves, and ensure the sales floor is tidy.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Feedback Collection: Collect customer feedback and relay it to management to help improve service quality.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
- Experience: No experience required. We are looking for eager learners.
- Skills: Basic math skills and the ability to operate a Point of Sale (POS) system is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
