Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a smile, answering inquiries and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale systems and cash registers.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotional events to provide accurate information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet daily and monthly performance goals.
- Handle cash deposits and perform end-of-shift closing procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed.
