- Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Enter and update customer information into our CRM database with high accuracy and speed.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and monthly performance targets.
- Process transactions and handle basic administrative tasks accurately.
- Learn and apply company policies, procedures, and product knowledge effectively.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM preferred).
