Responsibilities
- Interact with customers in person and over the phone to answer questions and resolve complaints.
- Operate POS systems efficiently to process sales, returns, and exchanges.
- Assist in organizing merchandise and maintaining the sales floor to high standards.
- Accurately handle cash and credit transactions.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales goals.
- Keep the work area clean and safe at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) is a plus.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and typing skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
