Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by answering inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the workspace.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales and service goals.

Qualifications
