Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Enter and update customer information accurately into our internal CRM systems.
- Assist in the training of new team members and share best practices.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to meet daily and weekly performance targets.
- Participate in daily team meetings and training workshops to continuously improve skills.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong desire to learn and grow within the company.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
