Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Assist customers with product inquiries and purchasing decisions
- Support inventory management and store merchandising
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean, organized retail space
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge
- Contribute to achieving daily and weekly store targets
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – we train all our new hires!
- High school diploma or equivalent (currently enrolled students welcome)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn new systems

- Reliable transportation to our Austin location
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Availability to work weekends and evenings as needed
