- Upsell products and services to meet departmental sales targets.
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM database.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex client issues and improve service delivery.
- Keep the sales floor organized and presentable at all times.
Qualifications

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.

- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and evenings as needed.
