Responsibilities:
- Front Desk Management: Answer and screen incoming calls, manage the reception area, and greet visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Communication Support: Draft, proofread, and distribute internal memos, emails, and external correspondence.
- Scheduling & Travel: Coordinate complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange domestic and international travel itineraries.
- Record Management: Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems, including database updates and data entry tasks.
- Meeting Administration: Prepare meeting agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute action items to stakeholders.
- Office Operations: Assist in ordering office supplies, managing inventory, and ensuring a clean, organized workspace.
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team and maintain a positive attitude.
