Responsibilities
- Manage incoming communications, including emails and phone calls, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate, up-to-date digital and physical records.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare meeting materials in advance.
- Prepare internal documents, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional front-desk support to ensure a welcoming atmosphere.
- Handle general office errands, including filing, inventory management, and supply organization.
- Support the sales and operations teams with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and a strong work ethic.
- Reliable transportation is preferred.
