Responsibilities
- Manage Daily Operations: Oversee general office duties, including filing, faxing, and data entry to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain calendars for senior staff, including booking meeting rooms and scheduling appointments.
- Client & Vendor Support: Act as the first point of contact for incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments professionally.
- Project Coordination: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Inventory Management: Monitor office supply levels and place orders as needed to keep operations running smoothly.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and edit internal documents, reports, and presentations.
- Research & Reporting: Conduct basic research and compile data for weekly reports and presentations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; internship or volunteer experience is a significant advantage.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer navigation.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliability: Punctual, dependable, and able to work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Problem Solving: Proactive attitude with the ability to troubleshoot minor administrative issues.
