Responsibilities
- Calendar & Scheduling: Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate internal and external appointments efficiently.
- Communication Management: Draft, edit, and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and client updates.
- Project Support: Assist with data entry, research projects, and report generation using MS Office and Google Suite.
- Event Coordination: Plan and organize company events, team building activities, and client gatherings.
- File Management: Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems to ensure quick information retrieval.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years of experience in an administrative role (internships considered).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
