Responsibilities
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
- Perform data entry, maintain accurate digital and physical records, and generate reports.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Assist with office supply inventory and procurement to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare presentations and documents using Microsoft Office Suite and other business software.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required for this entry-level position.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities with the attention to detail.

- Reliable transportation is required.
