Responsibilities
- Manage and organize the daily schedule, including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and meeting coordination.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and reports with high attention to detail.
- Assist in data entry and maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for client records.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and itineraries for executive staff.
- Assist in the planning and execution of company events and team-building activities.
- Perform general office duties such as mail sorting, ordering supplies, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Experience: 0-2 years of general administrative experience preferred, but entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
