Key Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic development and execution of the 2026 Sustainability Roadmap, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and global ESG standards.
- Oversee the reduction of carbon footprint across global operations, focusing on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and sustainable supply chain management.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to integrate green technologies and sustainable design principles into our core product lines.
- Manage stakeholder relations, including investors, regulators, and community partners, to ensure transparency and accountability in our sustainability reporting.
- Develop and monitor KPIs related to environmental impact, presenting quarterly progress reports to the Board of Directors.
- Drive internal culture change by implementing sustainability training programs and incentive structures for employees.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in sustainability management, ESG consulting, or corporate social responsibility.
- Proven track record of setting and achieving long-term sustainability targets, specifically targeting a 2026 horizon.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and produce actionable insights.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams at all levels.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks such as the SEC Climate Disclosure Rules and international sustainability standards (e.g., GRI, SASB).
