Responsibilities
- Define and execute the companyâs 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning strategic goals with technical feasibility.
- Lead the architecture and deployment of Enterprise Generative AI solutions to enhance productivity.
- Oversee the migration of legacy systems to cloud-native architectures.
- Build and mentor a world-class team of engineers and data scientists.
- Establish governance frameworks for AI ethics and data privacy.
- Drive innovation labs focused on emerging technologies (Web3, Spatial Computing).
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic technology leadership.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale digital transformations.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, NLP, and Machine Learning pipelines.
- Strong background in Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps practices.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to stakeholders.
- Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
