Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic Technology Vision, identifying key innovations in AI, Quantum Computing, and Web3.
- Lead a cross-functional team of futurists, engineers, and strategists to translate long-term trends into actionable product roadmaps.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to forecast technological disruptions and competitor movements.
- Establish partnerships with key players in the innovation ecosystem to gain early access to breakthrough technologies.
- Oversee the research and development (R&D) budget, ensuring maximum ROI on futuristic initiatives.
- Communicate complex future concepts to stakeholders and board members to secure buy-in for bold initiatives.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Technology Leadership, Strategy, or Product Management, with at least 5 years in a C-level or Senior Director capacity.
- Proven track record of successfully navigating and implementing long-term strategic roadmaps (5+ years out).
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies, specifically AI, Blockchain, or Spatial Computing.
- Exceptional ability to synthesize ambiguous future trends into clear, executable business strategies.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire teams and drive cultural change toward innovation.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
