Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Technology Vision: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning IT strategy with business goals.
- Lead Strategic Forecasting: Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, Quantum, Web3) to predict market shifts and opportunities.
- Oversee R&D Initiatives: Direct the research and development of innovative solutions that drive competitive advantage.
- Drive Digital Transformation: Spearhead large-scale digital transformation projects to modernize legacy systems and improve operational efficiency.
- Manage High-Performance Teams: Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and strategists.

Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years in technology leadership roles, with at least 5 years in strategic planning or roadmap management.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration; Master’s degree preferred.
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining long-term technology strategies and executing complex roadmaps.
