Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the end-to-end strategic planning process to align technology initiatives with business objectives, specifically targeting the 2026 market dominance.
- AI Integration Leadership: Oversee the strategic deployment of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions to automate workflows and enhance customer experiences.
- R&D Management: Spearhead Research and Development initiatives, identifying emerging tech trends and evaluating their viability for our long-term portfolio.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex technical strategies to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment across all departments.
- Performance Optimization: Analyze current infrastructure and propose scalable solutions that reduce costs and improve efficiency leading up to 2026.
- Competitive Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analysis on competitor technology stacks and market shifts to adjust our roadmap dynamically.
Qualifications
- Strategic Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic technology leadership, with at least 5 years in a Director or VP-level capacity.
- Tech Expertise: Deep understanding of AI architectures, Cloud Computing (AWS/Azure), and Data Analytics.
- Roadmap Mastery: Proven track record of successfully defining and executing multi-year technology roadmaps.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to lead diverse teams, manage budgets, and drive organizational change.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical jargon into business value.
