- Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical data solutions.
- Maintain Documentation: Keep accurate records of data sources, methodologies, and transformation processes.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in weekly training sessions to master SQL, Python, and advanced analytics techniques.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Mindset: A strong analytical mindset with a passion for uncovering trends in data.
- Technical Basics: Familiarity with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is required; prior experience with SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory as training is provided.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Reliability: Ability to commit to a full-time schedule (40 hours/week).
