Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring timely processing of shipments.
- Packing & Shipping: Prepare merchandise for shipment using various packing materials and methods, ensuring accuracy and damage prevention.
- Inventory Control: Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records and organizing stock to optimize warehouse flow.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for defects and report any issues to management immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided for qualified candidates.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if necessary.
- Reliability: Strong work ethic and a commitment to showing up on time and ready to work.
