Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers with a professional and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Engage with customers to assess their needs and recommend appropriate products or services that align with their interests.
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Assist in organizing the sales floor to ensure a clean, safe, and inviting shopping environment.
Qualifications
