Responsibilities
- Master company products and support protocols through immersive training modules
- Resolve Tier 1 technical issues via phone, chat, and email with 95% customer satisfaction
- Document cases accurately in Salesforce and escalate complex problems to Tier 2 specialists
- Contribute to knowledge base creation by documenting recurring solutions
- Participate in weekly skill-building workshops and cross-functional team projects
- Maintain 30+ daily case resolution targets while adhering to SLA standards
- Support beta testing initiatives for new product features
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Windows OS and basic troubleshooting methodologies
- Type 40+ WPM with strong attention to detail
- Previous customer service experience in retail or hospitality valued
- Ability to work flexible shifts including occasional weekends
- Valid US work authorization required
- Passion for technology and continuous learning
